this is a really old drive that a friend needs data off of. It won't spin up - I've tried the freezer trick and no luck. I was going to open it to see if the platters are spinning - if not, I'll bag the drive. Problem is this Maxtor drive has a black plastic covering and the only screws I see are to remove the circuit board on the back. Any idea how to get one of these golden oldies open?
