Micro SD Partitioning
I've got a 2GB Micro SD card with an odd problem. It's got a 943MB partition, and 943MB of unallocated space. I can't seem to delete a partition, create the 2nd partition, or merge either of the partitions through disk management in Win7.

In the bottom section of Diskmgmt - if you right click do you have the option to Create Partition? The propeller is just a big fan in front of the plane used to keep the pilot cool. When it stops, you can actually watch the pilot start sweating.

Was it originally formatted in a different device like a camera or using a different operating system? That can result in a slightly wrong format, not quite standard FAT32 or whatever format is used.
Has it got a write-protect slide switch on it? (Probably not on the micro type cards.)
Can you reformat the whole card? Use a full format, not quick format.
