Need suggestion for backup software

Hi,

I need suggestion(s) for backup software. Here is what I am trying to do:

I want to copy certain folders (from a PC) onto a CDR and copy them on a different computer (Mac) every week. But since, I only need to update some files in each folder every week I want a backup software that can recognize the files that have been modifed since last update (on Mac) and copy only those files.

If this software is free, that would be good but not necessary.
