Some of us chose not to have what they are offering in order to keep from divulging what we (individually) consider to be private information.

So like the Vampyre, internet loss of privacy can't enter your Home unless you invite it in. Problem is, an Invitation is when you plug your Computer into the Telephone plug.

Each click of the mouse is easily an invitation or a rejection. As long as that concept is understood, then you can make informed decisions. Plus there are other safety measures as well; both in software and hardware.

Can't say I would specify any one Company...well, no, I could mention M$...as each seems to want a chunk of the Information Pie.
