can i use ghost to do this????

i have 2 80gb drives in my system. i have a partition for just my mp3.

i want to put them on a 30gb hdd that has win2k that has 2 partitons.

    1-partition has win2k/programs and is 10gb big
2-partition is the remainder of the drive.(this is where i want to put the mp3 from the 80gb hdd to)

my question is can i copy just the mp3 partition to the 2nd partiton of the 30gb hdd?

i don't want to copy the entire drive.

im assuming you have the mp3 all in one spot? if so you can just copy and paste the mp3 to the drive.

Yes you can do that with Ghost Robin, if the partition size is enough for the Data ..
But why do it with ghost? why don't you copy & paste them directly to the target drive ..

    YUP

ON second thought, I'd open the partition and copy entire folders.

i thought that was the way to do it. but i wanted to make sure before i started.

it took me weeks to get my cd loaded to my hdd. i didn't want to mess anything up.

i want to try and make a mp3 file server.

    thanks for the help.
