usb harddrive
i have this old 4x4x6 usb cd burner sitting here doing nothing so i tool it apart and put a harddrive to the ide adapter, when i plug it in it asks me for a driver...ive never delt with usb drives, including the burner, so im wondering if a driver is in fact needed for this to work...
I'd rather be driving a titelist

Maybe it's just asking for the USB Drivers off of the Windows CD or something!
What flavor of windows are u using?

maybe it wants a "mass storage device" driver....I think ME and above already has that driver.

ah but im on win2k pro....ill figure it out,. gonna give it a rest right now though.
