| Very nice!
Not often electronics will go through a wash unscathed. |

Did anyone else see that article MaximumPC wrote where they dropped, froze, washed, drove over, and dried 3 USB keys to test for rugged-ness? |

TKOP mentioned it but I don't subscribe to MaximumPC (it makes me want to spend money on unnecessary upgrades).
Care to share their findings? I'm really interested in what they thought were the best.
Glad to hear that your SanDisk survived the incident dstrubhar. I've never heard of that company before (SanDisk) and would likely consider buying from them based on your experience.

Bought my SanDisk items (128 MB Cruzers) at Staples (B&M). These items are on the web, too. SanDisk sells digital memory sticks in various configurations. Especially after such an experience, I am highly pleased with them, to say the least. One of the best $30 I ever spent! |

Say, ArcticFox, can you provide a link for that article? How long ago was it?
BTW, I have a sister working at Newberg Hospital. I grew up in the Willamette Valley and sometimes miss the drizzle.... |

dstrubhar - I can't find a reprint on MPC's site for that article, and I don't have a scanner to get it on my PC. Sorry!
And that's neat your sis is working at the hospital. My father was a respitory therapist for quite some time at that place, now he works up in Tigard at Providence's computer center as an IS Analyst. |

I have a 256 Cruzer and it's great. Best christmas present I got this year. Once you get one of these you will keep it with you like you do your wallet and keys. I never leave home without it. |
