I think not, Shaw. The smilies are best kept generic like these. You could always go to www.clicksmiles.com or something to get other ones.

If you want to use custom smilies, just find them and create your own smilie page for forums!! 
I got one here - and thanks to vass for the script to make it! 
Needs updating, but the basic idea is there for you to see.
