Giving a reason why to help your cause would be a good thing

just saying GIVE ME! doesnt really help move people to put something into action

im i dont know i might be very wrong on this but im not so sure do the pixel of the avatars that you can use get bigger ? i think i had like 60 x 60 before and know when i changed my avatar i got 64 x 64 so im just wondering i might be wrong.
and as for 100 x 100 that would be so great but as they have already said that some people dont have the capability to load all of the avatars it would be somewhat risking to loose members of techimo

100x100, techimo is too large for that, also keep in mind a lot of people are still on dial up, maybe in the future.

well, i would love to see bigger avatars, but this site is restrictive.
sigs just came on (relativity) and i have no doubt that in the future avatars will be enlarged.

I find it amusing that the person that started this thread only has a 40x40 avatar.

No need for 100x100 if the "right" person does the image editing.

Knothead can draw anything and OuT is famous for his graphics...but we do have others around than can help you as well.

*sigh*
Maybe a large file, but not a larger picture by means of pixels. Gaudiness wouldn't go over well with most of the senior members here.

I woulda said the opposite actually bingo - since if the filesize was the same but the picture was bigger, it would cause no bandwidth problems for the guys on dial-up.
Hummmm...

Sorry, current avatar size is just fine. Bigger just clutters and distracts like signatures.

If avatar size is increased, their better be a way to only display 64x64 and anything under or I will just turn off avatars.
