hyperlinks not working

Appears the problem is only related to the insert URL editor feature, which has been producing strange results ever since the vB3 upgrade. Oddly enough, we can not find a coding problem that would even create the issue.

Anyway, until a solution is ever found, manually use the [URL] tags instead.

Replace the braces {} with brackets [].
