BTW, before I forget, I have some other possible ideas towards addressing some of the questions and comments put forth in this thread. I will discuss my ideas with Scott this week. I will try to keep everyone informed on any planned updates that might occur.

| Not really, but I will think about working on a reorganization plan for the community forum layout. It might finally be time to separate some of the discussion topics. I need to seriously think about any such changes, and ultimately it is Scott's decision to make.

I will be 18 in January, and while I do not feel this "adults only" section would be needed, it might be a worthwhile add to make people feel more free to discuss matters that pertain to obviosly more mature topics.
I understand that this is all in speculation right now and could very well not happen, but aslong as 17 is old enough, I give the idea a thumbs up. Afterall, it might spice things up around here , besides the usuall arguments between members of course!

I really would like to see the standards that have been in place continue to be upheld. I do not like the idea of an adult only section. There are many other forums that allow anything anyway. I also like the KISS principle (keep it simple, stupid)!
Besides, most "adult" topics are really the impulsive, uncontrolled impulses of the childishness inside of us.. what is so adult about that?

In all seriousness, leaning towards splitting community up a little further than it is, wouldn't necessarily be a bad idea, though I see myself not visiting a forum titled "politics" as often as I would the posts that show up in normal community.
However, splitting the community might bring some members back by shoving the bickering posts off to the side and letting the sillyness run rampant all by itself |
