 needs to go
I suggest we get rid of the rolleyes
smiley. It's got no purpose except to cause ill feelings between people. It alone has caused more trouble than all the other smileys put together. Why don't we just nuke it and save ourselves lots of headaches?

Come on howste. That was soooo predictable.

Likewise to Rob.
I'm very serious about this suggestion though.

Well I do agree, but I disagree at the same time. It is the only way besides foul language and serious trash talking (which is obviously prohibbited) to show how you feel about someone's post.
But then on the flip side as you have pointed it, it does end up causing a lot of the fights to begin with.
Honestly, I think it's perfectly fine the way it is.
So i'll throw another in for the fun of it
Main PC: AMD FX-8350 / 16gb DDR3 1600 / AMD 7970GE 1200mhz Core & 1600mhz Mem / Win7 Pro 64bit
File Server: AMD Opteron 180 / 3gb DDR400 / Nvidia 6200 / WinXP Home 32bit / Lubuntu 12.10
Laptop: HP-Compaq nc8430/ Intel CoreDuo T2400 / 2gb DDR2 667/ Ati x1600 / WinXP Pro 32bit

But whatever. Obviously minds are already made up about this.

Make sure the valve cover isn't slightly warped too - I changed gaskets 3 times before realizing. At least on my 1988 it's aluminum, not sure yours had the same issue in your year.
