How bout a sticky thread wherein the names of all banned members are inscribed, preferably with the header: Abandon All Hope Whose Names Are Written Here!

Be an effective way of allowing us to keep track of what happened to folks without having to lurk around through PM's.

I believe this has been discussed multiple times since I've been here. I forget other peoples reasonings, but I think it might encourage some punks to come and try to get on the list...see how quick they can do it and such....don't give them any credit or else it might encourage it.
