    Avatar Size

I think The max avatar size should be increased to 100x100 because its a SOAB to find 64x64 avatars.

This topic has been covered about 837 times...for the sake of keeping the forum clean and quick-loading for those on dial-up (same reason signatures are limited), size is limited. Hell, even I made a topic about it back in the day when I wasn't as smart and enlightened as I am now...if that was possible.

    I don't see a problem with 64x64 Shipuuden. Heck, I made mine from a 1280x768 wallpaper.

Dimensions usually arent the problem for me. Its the file size that makes it difficult.

    What program are you using?

To tell you the truth, I really don't remember. I made it a few years ago. I believe I used Photoshop and just messed around with it till it looked right. I must have got lucky I guess.

mine is from a 1280x768 wallpaper too. its fine. in fact i didnt even resize it i think. i just cut out some of the parts with windows paint to make it more squarish and just uploaded it. it says that you cant do that but it works so oh well. though it is a little small so you cant really see it properly

    Cool

    Ha Ha Hooey
DOOOGIER checked out the Forum at GETPAINT.NET
    And guess what?????
What is that their Avatars are 100 by 100 !

Truth be told, though...they do tend to overcome the message --but as this is a Graphics realted Forum there,
    that's ok.

But maybe a small increase to say 68 X 68 or even 72 X 72 would work out.

Probable though, there are still many members on Dialup and some Dialup locations run slow..like about 25 kbps so might be a hardship on a few..

    Hmmmm
    What would the DOOGSTER look in 68 X68 or 72 X 72 ?
THAT is THE critical test du nombre

That paint.net thing works good, my new avatar was from a 300x300 pic.

Same. My panda was becoming a little annoying then I found this mega one. Very awesome. I had to make sure the file size was good... I have many avatars I can't use because of the file size limit
