|  ICQ button not working
I use Firefox so I tried portable and IE, nothing! Just shows a blank pop up window.

Yep, I did check that. I do have Firefox open a pop-up window in a new window its self. However IE should have worked and at least Firefox portable.

Well, it works fine from my end. What did you do to break your system? 
And I am just wondering if you are using XP or Vista?

|  I don't know what broke. I do have certain URL protocols disabled. like Skype and IPsec.
Maybe that's it. need to look further into this....
XP pro. I believe I even tried it in VMware.
