Thread subscription email thingy seems to be broken

This only recently started happening. I made no changes to my settings so whatever happened to begin this must be on admins side.

The problem is I have started receiving email notices for threads I am subscribed to. This makes for dozens of unwanted emails.

In the user control panel under options the setting titled "Default Thread Subscription Mode" is set to NO EMAIL NOTIFICATION. So I don't know why that's not working. It's not been a problem ever before.

I don't know if this is a system wide issue or maybe it's just my account. But if someone could look into it I would appreciate it.

Your account is properly configured to stop notification emails, but I did need to make one manual change to your account to resolve a old usergroup issue, which might have been the underlying source of your ongoing problem. Let me know if the situation persists so I can forward an error report if necessary.

No prob. Thanks for the feedback. Appears the usergroup issue for your account was likely the problem then.
