I usually click on the box to the forum to enter. You know, the part that turns yellow. Here's a screenshot. 
When I do this, it takes me here. 
Notice the URL.
Now this is what I get when I click on the forum name - i.e. "IMO Community". 
Notice the links are different.
The first method worked for me up until yesterday. Just a heads up - it looked like someone changed the URLs to the forums, and forgot to change the link when one clicks on the box.
