Like this idiot jameswillamour. He's obviously one of the members here. Why is this allowed? |

It shouldn't be allowed, no reason to have a second account unless you forgot your first and don't have access to that email any more..
But if someone has two mutiple accouns one of them should be deleted.. |

I agree with you though, no need for multiple names here...

Well, there's only two ways they really can tell that the same person is signing up for multiple IDs:
1. They don't let you create two accounts from the same email account.(They don't let you sign up on freemail accounts either, like yahoo or hotmail.)
2. IP address
But that's how they determine whether someone can create an account. Of course, if you try to sign up using the same username as someone else, they won't let you.
But, I know what you mean, it's just stupid what some people will do... [EDIT]
But, I have a feeling there are some 'Search-and-Destroy' missions going on right now. Especially for this jameswillamour.
I hope they get him(or her) real good!!!
I just wish I was able to look at this guy's IP and see if all of them are the same!

Well hopefully they can find him and delete his account AND delete his regular account because he's not the type of person I want around here. |

>2. IP address
FYI,
if they are using the above criteria, it would be a mistake. if two regisered techimo users were browsing the site from their work computers (using a proxy agent), then they would have identical ip addresses.
i happened about 3 months ago. we had a temp consultant here for 1 week and he was a registered member... |

Why isn't this jameswillamour (and aliases) account just banned? He makes no bones about the fact that he's also a regular member here. Why do we put up with this childish *deleted*. Out, you and I both know that I do not need to quote the FAQ. Don't flaunt the rules and post language like that. The issue is being looked into. Regardless, that is no reason to break the rules which you know as well as I do.

Sorry. Slip-up. Just a little irritated this morning.
