Guide for user to alter their rating

I got a confused buyer who doesn't know how to alter his rating. http://www.resellerratings.com/seller4583.html

His rating costs us dearly .. please, admin or mod, help me out in this. Would you guys be able to write a guideline for a non-forum- user to alter their rating and email the URL to him?

All they have to do to alter their rating is login and click on the "post a comment" button.

only that??? basically they should re-post their comment?
