Would a Switch Work Here?

Hi guys,
If I wanted to add more ports to my network would adding a switch at the position on the diagram work? Or do I need to add it somewhere else or get a bigger router?

Yep. That'll work fine. If you have any trouble:

Check for an "Uplink" port on either the router or the switch and use that instead of a standard port.

If there is no specific port for connecting routers/hubs/switches, a crossover cable can be used.
