Im glad that youre finding it usefull

Nice looking stuff....yeah, I like it....and..as a matter of fact....I wrote those articles...its my site....yeah, thats the ticket....

Seriously though..they should "benchmark" a bunch of gay off brand psu's like the one I had to swap out today...a "tigerpro" and a bunch of stuff like that..the kind of supplies that come in all the $25 cases we buy.

Heck, we KNOW a 550watt antec is gonna work, show us what a 350 watt "shingshing" will do!

All of us hardware guys should know better than to use most psu's that come with generic cases if it is for current intel or amd systems.

For the novice, they should be doing their legwork before purchasing enthusiast hardware.

Every fourm I go to, power supply is a constant and growing issue, was just at a forum where the question was
"can I use my 235 watt psu, with my xxxxx nforce2 board, multiple drives, xp3200, I gb ram, and ati 9800 vid card?

Well, it is interesting to see the power supplies in the sff stuff then, lol...arent they in the sub 300watt range..and running all kinds of athlons and P4's.

My interest in the generic type supplies is because....there are a lot of steps in between a Duron system with one hard drive and onboard video....and a full blown Barton with Raid this and 8x that. A seller cant really afford to put a seperate $85 for psu into the budget type builds.
