Not to bad of a setup at first glance eh? The Stingray comes with everything you need to water cool your rig. A lot of users will tell you to build your own setup rather than buying a kit. For a first timer I would probably go against the popular vote unless you have a friend that can help you make the right choice in components. There are several kits out now that perform pretty good, I would tell them to research the available kits and give one a try. You can always upgrade your components as you go.
