| AOpen’s i945GTm-VHL 945GT Motherboard Review Quote:
AOpen, the undisputed leader in the motherboard space for putting Pentium-M / Core Duo on the desktop, is attempting to one up the competition with their new HTPC-targeted Core Duo platform, the i945GTm-VHL. This (difficult to pronounce) platform is unique in that it utilizes ultra low-power components to bring consumption levels down to unheard of levels. The platform is also equipped with a wide range of audio / video connectors, and is designed for low noise levels as well. On top of it all, the platform is ViiV compliant for those who care about this certification (We’re iffy on it). On first glance, this looks like nearly the perfect HTPC motherboard at this time. Let's see if our initial reaction is correct.
