I was surprised that the ThermalTake Toughpower 650W was able to handle the GeForce 8800 GTX, which likes to have 225W just to itself. Combine that with the 125W my processor likes, plus all the other gadgetry in my computer, and I'm probably very, very close to the 650W supplied by this device. A 52A 12V rail is what handles it-the card needs at least 36A for itself.
