Do you think we will benefit this side of the Atlantic?

That would be a big YMMV, just because they cut prices doesn't necessarily mean retailers will or by how much.

Those Q8200's are teh suck.
You would be better off with a Q6600 IMO.
IMO, that's the best deal there. I still wish is was a tad bit cheaper then that though.Q9550 $316 - $267

Karma, curious what do you think about the Q9300?
-

Depending on the price, they are decent. The Q9400, especially with the price drops, would probably be a better buy. If your trying to get a quad under the $200 mark, it's really hard for me not to recommend the Q6xxx still. ]ut that's just me.

Hmmmmm, was thinking the same thing here... maybe demote my Q6600 to a 2nd rig or that SFF case (air flow/cooling dependent). though not sure if my 650i SLI board will support a 1333 FSB Quad... (might have to upgrade to 750 SLI or something then?)
Wow, I was just adding up estimate numbers for parts, CPU, Mobo, Vid card, $316 + $150 + $200 = $666
