    Bing overtakes Yahoo

     
    June 05, 2009 -- NEW YORK & DUBLIN, BUSINESS WIRE -- Microsoft's Bing overtook Yahoo! as the number two search engine in the United States and worldwide Thursday (4th June) according to data from StatCounter Global Stats. StatCounter says that Bing grabbed market share from Google.

    hate their front page, way too heavy
    results were fast though
    I like the hover over the right side of the search results for instant text

    works well In opera which is beyond shocking that MS would provide dynamic webpages to a standards based browser
    maybe they developed for IE8 which purports to be standards compliant
