Study Examines Music Piracy Among Teens, Young Adults
Statistics compiled by researchers at the University of Hertfordshire suggest 61% of people age 14 to 24 utilize peer-to-peer file sharing, along with each of those individuals possessing an average of 8,000 music tracks.
Of those who admitted using P2P to obtain music, 85% said they would welcome an “all you can eat” download service for a fixed monthly fee, but just 57% said that access to such a service would stop them from illegally sharing files.

statistics compiled that no one's ever heard of Hetfordshire...
All joking aside, I'd definitely get on board for an all you can eat service (assuming they kept a good bandwidth). Also, they should offer applications; I feel (at least in my circle of friends) there is an equal amount of music and application sharing.
