The game is resetting. Apparently they found out people are making more then one name. Wonder if I can be first to buy the major streets in my town this time..

I also noticed there is a guy in my town that has like 6 user names. Had his name then a number after it, going from 1 to 6. I guess he's buying up property with his other accounts, so he can negotiate with himself and have one name own them all. Stupid cheaters!!

btw, if you go down to the bottom of the screen, where it says "alerts" that's how you can tell.

Just as I've left the computers behind, and am only accessing from my BlackBerry - so I won't get to benfit from the availability of streets...!!

I would've been up to around 10 million by now otherwise, mainly from the rentals on my properties....

I thought they were planning the restart all along. The initial release was just to check for bugs and see how big the response was. Either way it really sucks. I had a pretty good chunk of land going and was ready to add more before leaving for the weekend.

they said 12-24hrs on the blog so we'll see. maybe I can get some hot property b4 leaving town

reading the info on the blog and on twitter you have to redo user names and everything

Well this just suks. The kids were playing too, now I can only get on with one name. What do you do when everyone in the family wants to play with only 1 isp?

They play it up as "Family game night" then limit it. Anyone know how to contact so you can get more than 1 log in? If not, will have to mail Hasbro ( Monopoly makers ) and thank them for upsetting the kids.

I got one of the main streets in my town!

I got a much better start this time then last. But for some reason it thought "Karma" as my user name was unacceptable. I don't get that.

My old username was also listed as Unacceptable, but it wouldn't let me use it to login either...

Sounds like I'm going to be too late to get a good set at the party now then...

Also doesn't sound too helpful if you can't use the username you had at the first attempt... Has anyone been able to use their original nick on there...?
