Yeah I noticed that A LOT of my city has been bought up. AFAIK, this just launched yesterday, so some people got on it quick! 
Anywho, I got a couple streets, and I'm gonna be expanding shortly.  | |

Monopoly using google maps sounds like something I can play around with while I'm on break at work.

I now own 11 streets, and my main one with the most buildings has a anti-sabotage building on it. 
But it appears as I made a enemy already, he keeps bulldozing some of my buildings.. | |

Meh... Pretty much all of my locality has already been bought up - except for around a dozen small roads/closes and ones that are shown but aren't listed...
I've bought one, though it is about a 5 minute bike journey to get to it from my gaff - which would prolly take about the same time to walk (if I could be @r$3d to walk - after all, I don't have a license for that) as there's an alleyway that leads towards it that cuts off a sizable chunk of road distance....
