    Apparently, people in the EU need the government to tell them they have a choice.

    Musta been a deleted spammer, heck, I went over and read the article this morning but didn't notice the date, even read other news on the page- (it was current)- but you'd have thought I would have questioned it since I knew about the history. But no, I just said, "Silly Brits what too them so long?"
