Any number of childrens items should qualify.

Some of my daughters talking books will.

Tickle me Elmo probably falls into that category as well.

Come to think of it, my digital camera can create mini-movies....better add that one too.

TVs, clocks, MFDs, Fax MAchines maybe, Kodak Advantix cameras.

I wonder if my DC herd of Overclocked Furbies (using a modded Sony Aibo robot dog as a server) should be on there.....

Scary thought here;

Assume that the same criteria from Fritz is applied to the DMCA (or whatever the 'hollywood hacker' bill is called).

Now every conversation you have on or involving any form of digital electronics will be considered non-private. Think about that for a minute.

Now all the police need to tap your phone is someone with a copyright to thier name... No court order or restrictions on use of the info...

And the copyright holder can tap to his hearts content, and then do what they like with the info harvested. Like copyright it. Or patent it. Or sell it...

Next thaought: What about E-Bay? They use digital equipment, and buy, sell, and trade copyrighted works. Are all of thier records and files now considered non-private?

What about my bank? Your bank?

ars hit list...

lol

That whole Fritz chip idea is a scary proposition...

Nothing like ppl who know nothing about 'puters dictating how and why they are used

Ooh ooh, I got a few:

Singing birthday cards! You just gotta force those evil kids into line... they'll be swapping those 'tunes' given half a chance. New RIAA slogan: Inside the body of every one-year-old there lurks a depraved, soulless criminal, slavering (dribbling?) at the prospect of depriving poverty-stricken pop stars of the chance to feed their starving families...

Musical doorbells (same idea)

Message frisbees (see http://www.eyefo.com/featured_products/frisbee.html)

Calculators (programmable calculators especially - although even normal calculators can store a number in their memory, which could spell out a (copyrighted) word when looked at upside down!) Stop piracy - police math classes!

Seismographs - a little off field, but say there's a rock concert a few blocks away - that bass really travels!
