Hitachi Drives are actually IBM drives

Hitachi just recently purchased majority of IBM's hard disk drive manufacturing business.

IBM sold the HDD line to Hitachi months ago, at least they said on their site/news they were.

I think they just recently stopped supporting the warranty side of it. Hitachi is set to take it up on/about the 6th of this month.
