NFS Problems Help!!

I start the game and everythings fine until the last to races of the first four races, Drift and Drag, which ever one I start the game always crashes, and it only happens on these two races, the others loaded correctly and there was no problem, and now I cannot proceed foward cuz the game keeps crashing, I have updated all video drivers...what can I do????

My Comp Specs are:
1.4Ghz AMD Athlon XP
256mb Ram
Nvidia GeForce2 MX/MX 400 64mb

I had the same problem, it ended up being a bad disc.

well should i burn the cd and try that? I got a "no cd crack" and that didnt work either the game only paused up on me, I have a friend with the same problem and what he did was lower the resolution to 640xsomething...i did the same but still nothing....
