IE Save picture problem/Real player problem

Always before whenever I would start up my real player to watch a video it always froze up my computer and I would have to shut it down. Also whenever I try to say a picture by right click in IE it only lets me save it as BMP for some reason. Well anyways last night I uninstalled RP and I could actually save pictures as jpgs and stuff in IE. I of course had to reinstall RP and it actually works now for the fifth try but once again I can't save pictures in IE. What the hell is the problem? Please help, thanks. Please don't delete this post, delete the other post if you have to. People can't reply to that one.

Try deleting you IE temp files and history.

Close IE and then re-open.
