It says "This device is either not present, not working properly or does not have all the drivers installed". And when i click on the reinstalled the driver, it says " unable to locate the software for this device".
yeah, if they are zipped you need to unzip them...I usually just make a folder for them and unzip them there but if you just unzip them they will have a default folder made..usually "c:\unzipped\blah blah"
so unzip them to the folder...then try the driver update and try to point it to that folder.

on occasion they will "unzip and install" at the same time but thats nothing for you to worry about cuz if thats how they are designed to work then it will just do so automatically.
i downloaded the drivers, then i put them in a folder. I unzip it and the computer booted itself. It said it was installing the driver. It still didn't work.
