| missing NTLDR-cant repair,admin password not work.HELP PELASE
I am on windows XP HOME
All of a sudden i have this error when i boot up saying
NTLDR is missing
Press Ctrl Alt Del to restart
I cant get on my desktop anymore.
I tried to do a windows repair but it asks for the admin password before you do it. I have 2 hard drives and have tried the password for both of them and it still doesnt work.
I am a bit stuck here and would be so happy if i got this fixed because i have loads if important work and files on there.
Please please help... |

i cant even get on the broken computer

First off, stop posting in all the threads with "NTLDR Missing".
If you don't know the Admin password, then you won't be able to use the Recovery Console to fix your problem.
Read through the link Bill provided to gain access to the machine. You can then use Recovery Console to fix your problem. | |

but even if i knew my password its no use because i cant boot up my computer | |

If you knew your password you could boot with the XP CD and use Recovery Console to fix it. | |
