Should I upgrade my PSU?
I think I have a pretty crappy PSU that came with a case I recently bought, but would like to know if it would be safe to run. If not, what one would you recommend?
AMD Athlon XP 2600+ w/ a Thermaltake Volcano 11+
2 x 256MB PC2700
BFG Tech GeForce 4 Ti4600 w/ stock cooling
two CCFL tubes
a 3 led light thingy
two led 80mm case fans
one 80mm fan
one 92mm fan
Raidmax 420W Model#: KY-520ATX ATX12V
+3.3 - 26A SiSoft Sandra Readings: 3.18v
+5 - 32A : 4.87v
+12 - 13A : 12.29v
-12 - 0.8A : 3.72v
-5 - 0.5A : 3.70v
+5 standby - 2.0A : 5.08v
PSU has one front intake and one exhaust 80mm fans (if that matters).
All comments are appreciated.

I would think a 420 w PS should have at least 18 amps on the 12V+ and 40A on the 5V+, but if your voltages are holding steady and the PS is not putting out excessive heat then you should be OK.

My voltages fluctuate greatly while refreshing SiSoft Sandra's readings and with MBM 5. And reading MBM 5 temps, it's reading an average of 25C and 57C high.

I never use the psu that comes in a case, I always pull it out and replace it with a good quality thermaltake supply of at least 350 watts and dual fans and wisper quiet.
other highwattage supplys are cutting the power at ither points and useind underrated componets to make them look good but they are very troublesome,
