--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I recently built a pc for some freinds of mine, and I have been having nothing but problems. I think most of the problems are with windows 98, but I am not sure.
The computer doesn't seem very stable. It hangs up once in a while. I do have everything working, but it seems that sometimes they (the people I built the pc for) have to reboot the pc to get things working properly, like the printer. I am running window 98se and when I go into system information, and problem devices, there are 3 things listed, all identical. This is what it says: (acpi irq holder for pci irq steering error code= (0x9)
Here are the specs
FOXCONN SUPER CASE Silver/Black MID TOWER CASE with Allied 300W PSU, Model "PC-115A" -OEM
Lite-On Beige 52X32X52 CD-RW Drive, Model LTR-52327S BEIGE, Retail

SOYO KM400 Chipset Motherboard for AMD Socket A CPU, Model "SY-K7VMP2

I installed the via 4 in 1 drivers for the mb. What could this error mean? I searched Microsoft's site and didn't find anything. Could I assign a new irq to te problem devices? Thanks for any help.
