Using a VGA card to see the monitor and TV at the same time?

I have a eVGA Geforce 4 MX-440 64Mb DDR VGA Card w/TV-OUT installed in my system:

AMD Athlon XP 2400+ CPU
Gigabyte 7S748-L Motherboard
512Mb DDR RAM
80Gb Hard Drive

I can hook up only my TV or monitor at one time. I checked out eVGA's website and found out that I can buy a Persoanl Cinema kit to allow me to view the TV and the monitor at the same time. This is kinda expensive and I was wondering if there was a cheaper method that I could go through to do the same thing that the Personal Cinema would allow me to do. I heard somebody mention that you can use a TV-OUT PCI card for your TV and use an AGP VGA card for your monitor. Any suggestions?

Do you have a link to the kit? I've never seen one of those

Try loading the detonator drivers from Nvidia instead of using the Evga drivers. I have a GeForce w/TV out and view both the monitor and TV simultaneously.
