WMPlayer magically closes =\

MY WMPlayer
ok..i dont know exactly why this is happening..and iduno when it started happening either =\...but whenever i play any .wmv file, my windows media player closes...with NO error message >.< i dont understand it and i cant even find anything on it on the internet...either that or im searchin in the wrong places...if ne one can help on this it'd b great thx

im running xpsp1 wmp9 with 9series codec

I had problem with playing any file with wmp6.4. All other players worked fine.
It would startup, but immediately close with no error like yours.

Unfortunately I had to do reinstall to get it to work.
