    Can't edit registry

When I go to run and type regedit, it says Registry editing has been disabled by the administrator, and i'm logged into the administrator acct.

    What has gone wrong?

...but now, every time I reboot it does it again. I have to keep running that script and deleting the other entry for the task manager.

I've run SB: S&D and a full NSW system scan, but it didn't fix it.
