| Driver problem
I've been trying for some time now to get a driver for my "easy access" hp-keyboard... Am I looking at the wrong places or do they not really exist? I installed xp on my comp recently and now I can't find the keyboard drivers. Any hint and tips on where to find them will be greatly appreciated.
HP internet keyboard
model#: 5181
P/N: 5185-2040
S/N: 10200467
Rev: 1.2
Knows this is an out of the ordinary question, but plz help!
BTW, they are not on the cd's that came with the comp. |

these are not the correct drivers... My keyboard was bought with a hp pavilion 7850 computer. Those drivers were not for pavilion comps. |

It's either a logitech or a microsoft keyb. Drivers for those will work for it. |

seems the netropa one touch keyboard is actually a form of spyware... http://www.gank.com/spyware/HP/
it is pinging back to hp etc....
evidently spyware programs like adaware and others will detect the mmkeybd.exe as spyware
the article went on the say that there is supposedly a newer driver that doesnt "phone home" and act as spyware....either way it is something to think about
If you do a search on google for MMKEYBD.EXE you get all kinds of hits describing it as spyware....perhaps some of those articles tell where to get the "safe" driver....
