Grrrrrowl !!! Help- this is driving me mad

Hiya members- Recently i keep getting a toolbar thats called (in the view menu) Boob First Atom !! Its a search bar that keeps turning off my yahoo toolbar and rudely appearing. I can turn it off by unchecking and re-enabling the yahoo toolbar but when i come to surf again its there! I have run adaware and spybot search and destroy but will not get rid - any ideas thanks in advance. Im running xp proff.
