Are you hooked up to "automatic update"?

Start/settings/control panel/ automatic updates

If checked, uncheck and then start deleting them one by one from

Start/settings/add & remove programs.

Do one or two a day until you find the culprit, (if that's what it is) note the number of the update so you can chose "remove" when you manually up date through

Start/windows update (online)

Worth a try...
