Firefox issue(s)

Ok, first off, anytime I type in an address, one that I know works I get this alert message

But when I type it in for the third or forth time it goes through. Not really a problem, just more so an annoyance then anything.

I can live with it, just really annoying. And yes, whenever I have any sort of a prob TechIMO is where I go

what page are you trying to go to. there is nothing in the address bar up top.

It doesn't matter what the page is, happens on every single page I try to get to. Even those located in my bookmarks.

For example, if I click my own link up there, I get that alert even though I have visited the site before.

do a clean install of firefox.
trying to "install on top" of another version can cause bugs. The firefox page STRONGLY recommends this.

Ive used firefox since version .6 and Ive never once seen experienced your problem, so im just guessing its an install prob

No go on that, can't get into my hotmail account under 5 minutes (try putting in your pw and having it do that every time). Oh well right? If that's the most of my probs then I got it easy, just more of an annoyance then anything else is all.
