Where is this video being hidden on my pc?

It appears to be streamed...there is a download link there though which I'm sure you saw.
If it is downloaded to your PC, it'll go into a temp folder in you local settings called something like ~wr.001 which is deleted once your done with the movie - and if you were to find the temp file, you wouldn't be able to move it or rename it as it is being used. The files would be here:
C:\Documents and Settings\yourlogin\Local Settings\Temp or here
C:\Documents and Settings\yourlogin\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

No, they aren't, since taxes are imposed on profits -- after all costs are paid. If the market would bear and increase in prices if taxes were raised, why wouldn't that company already be at that...
