An unusual rpoblem.........

Hello,

I was wondering if you could help me. I was on the phone today in front of a windows XP computer when I placed the manual I was holding on the keyboard. When I looked back at the screen the desktop had rotated by 90 degrees!! I have had to turn the computer on its side to view it properly. Does anybody know how to fix this ? I would be grateful if you can help me soon as my boss returns on Thursday!!

I have looked here but I can't find the rotate option. I see different headins like monitor and graphics, etc but no rotate option as far as I can see. Forgive my simplicity but where exzactly is the 'rotate' option

maybe go to www.microsoft.com and go to their knowledge base for windows xp and see if you can find anything

Right click desktop> goto properties> settings. Now where it says display, what video card does it say there? We can help you better if we know the video. Then can tell you exatly where the rotate feature is.

I sorted it!! I went to settings and clicked the advanced button. Then I went to the Intel 82865 Graphics Controller (The video card??) butoon. I then cliked on graphics properties button to find the rotation option.
