Need help Access denied to desktop

I have recently reformated XP pro..Dowloaded some themes and ran The cleaner and removed an adware trojan called keenval yesterday,today I ran adware (lavasoft) and it picked up a spyware called SAHAGENT of which I have seen the day before also in running adware 6.0 . adware 6.0 told me today it needed to reboot to take it out .Well when it rebooted I am denied access to desktop.I can access my docs and everything else but all the icons on the desktop are gone except the nortons recycle bin.I note I have ran everything here NAV ,the cleaner,and lavasoft adwarese 6.0 . I still have the SAHAGENT in quarintine in adware 6.0 but I,m scared to restore it.
I get a screen like this Cocuments and Setting\name\dDesktop
is not accessible
