iTunes problem, runtime error 1607

for itunes, i can't update it, it says i'm not connected but i am, and when i try to install iTunes 4.6 it always says error 1607

I have xp, 2.8ghz, itunes 4.5

i just tried to update mine through iTunes itself. It says server could not be contacted.I think its a server problem. Try later

you should try installing it too, see if it won't let you, i keep getting error 1607
