Is there anyway to increase the volume on a computer eventhough it is loud as it can be. Is there a program i can install that would increase the volume on my computer??

I dont think there is a program for that

turn the speakers up all the way...or if you have "passive" speakers (no actual power amp in the speakers) then you can get powered speakers with an amp built in them

turn up the volume control all the way

right click the vol control and click "open volume controls" and make sure they are turned up all the way
